Black and white

Hi all,
It was my husband's long time wish that I make a black and white wall piece and here it is.I again did a Henna design ,old one is this but this time it's double....design is mirror imaged...

Life is beautiful-Scrabble it!!!

Life is a game and we are the players..people say!!!
When I first read about Pritesh's challenge..was super excited because trying quillography was on my list from many days..Pritesh being one of my inspirations..always admired her work ,her talent.
So as mind scrolled for ideas..I got this idea of quilling a scrabble board ...and my fav phrase "Life is beautiful".
As scrabble is all about letters and words..and quillography is all about quilling letters..I just stopped my scrolling and said ..yes this is what I wanna do..It took me about 3-4 days to bring the concepts in my mind and the whole work took me 4 days(about 2hrs per day)..

I have attached the photos of each step...
I wanted to make the letter coin as original but it will not show the quilling so I just did some self color designs.
I know ..it's very raw...have to improve a lot..but thanks Pritesh's challenge for letting me experiment..with quillography..

Double Bingo

A wonderful challenge..Bingo by BCG..I was so excited to make cards out of these combinations..I chose  1.Design paper,flowers,tags/ticket and 2.Buttons,twine and glitter

1.Christmas card:This is my most fav card..I made the design paper by myself..with the help of stamp and inks.Then added a tag which  says Merry Christmas and Happy new year.It has some glitter,quilled flower and some blings.I used eyelet for the first time..it was a messy job..

2.Again a Christmas card with typical colors of winter:

Here I have used a green cardstock and made a gate fold card that is bound by a ribbon .I scored the front to get some texture(I don't have a scoreboard..it's using embossing tool ).Then I glittered punched snowflake.The twine used with button is a recycled one..(from a bread pack).

Patriotic to teacher

Hi all,
After a wonderful vacation I am back..though not feeling that good..I was looking forward to have some crafty time..and the challenges around tempted me to do so too...:)
This card is dedicated to my country and to all my teachers, from my parents to all my teachers ...love you all..
It's a clean and simple card with tricolor theme  and sketch from BCG and self made embellishment..thats a quilled flower.Have used some Itsy bitsy sentiments.
