Autumn leaves-Herbst

Hi,

I finally downloaded some beautiful digital stamps..I donot remember the name of the site but u get lots..Thanks to people who share it..:)
I got this huge pumpkin,a broon and this funny sentiment..
Since it was my first time with digital stamps..it took me time to do some fuzzy cutting..then I paper pieced the pumpkin with a designed vellum .Leaf,stalk and broom are colored with sketches,glitter pens.
Then for the fall leaves I hand cut it from a scrapbook patterned paper.

I love to travel

Holidaying means travelling and for me it's even better when it's a beach place..where myself and my family enjoy to the core and also relax...One more thing that attracts me to new places is it's newness,it's unknowness and curiosity to know about the country,it's people and culture.This summer it was a spanish island...
So here is my card totally based on my holidays this summer..I have used the map of the place (playa del ingles)where we stayed(you can spot it on map)..totally local and my suitcase(hand cut window/handle) which is see through and shaker type(filled with wheels/buttons)...and which is always curious to go to new places..

Hi here are some cards for challenges..
First one is for BCG-Graphic shapes
I tried making chevron pattern with various pattern papers I have and mounted it on a handmade paper card.

Second one is for ICRC21..Sketch 1 and metalurgy..(3 halloween ghosts brads)

100th post and This used to be....

Hi Blog friends,

I am happy to post my 100th post..
This post is dedicated to recycling..
This used to be a bottle,an egg,a wooden block...
Yes this is my entry to This is used to be challenge of LULUPU.


I was super excited about  this idea and thought I would it on my 100th post..:)

I have used a water bottle which I have cut into half and covered it with vellum papers.

Then as you can see this picture I had these wooden blocks which come along with canvas,so thought of using them.

I happened to watch a video on Youtube abt eggshell mosaic and I loved it...so my third recycled item is egg shell(seen above).I did mosaic technique on wooden blocks using egg shell and glass painting colors.

And the end result is a pen stand for my craft studio..

Another entry is on behalf of my 6 yr old son..who also loves to craft...this was fully his idea..
He collects lots of haselnut on the way to school and he had a bag full of them and he wanted to make snowman out of it(brown one)..so he attached one with cap and one without cap and asked me to put googly eyes to it.so here goes his entry..cute little brown snowman

 It looked so before  :)

Second post of the day...Some paper baskets/box

Hi ,
This is my second post of the day.
As Ganesha chaturthi was around the corner..I made few paper baskets and box to offer to ganapatis at different places..
I used some punches and pattern paper to decorate them.Also done some punchcraft.

 For this below box I made changed the basket holder with a lid with punched flowers..I am happy about the result because this lid I made with my own measurement ..so was little scared..

Hi,
I am back again with a card..Theme is Holiday and based on Sketch from Sketch and stash.
In India it's holiday in Diwali which is a festival of lights and firecrackers..So this card is for Diwali and also I thought here in Swiss for sylvester(New year)..it's celebration time and also ppl enjoy holiday with firecrackers.I have used a new set of pattern papers which I had bought few days back.

Favor boxes using MS score board

Having a MS scoreboard on your craft table is a blessing..I made few favor boxes using it and customized envelopes for my odd sized cards.It is so easy to use..I am just exploring..made few rosette using border punches to give some new look.I have used the same on the boxes.

One year of blogging

Today my blog will complete one year..The journey was fantastic.I never knew about blogs..but when I got interest in paper quilling then I started googling about it and got some interesting blogs such as Suganthi's Pritesh's and many european quillers.So I learnt this craft and started blogging...I am soo happy to be in this blogging world.It has given me guidance,appreciation,encouragement and confidence..
